I'll bet you a case of beer, your choice, that Perrault has no working
f/e technology anytime in the next two years....that means to 2000 (and
really beyond), and that doesn't include standard radioactive energy
technology that is well known.
Just got a document where the inventor used to claim Kilowatts, then
migrated to MEGAwatts and is now claiming GIGAwatts....insanity, shear
insanity and it hurts us all when it gets press....
