Conditions:
The effect should be clearly demonstrable, independent of SPACE
(approximately the same output in every house/room/lab), independent of TIME
(continous; round the clock) and independent of PERSON (no curious
psychokinetic effect or a psychotronic effect with a mind collapsing a
possible quantum mechanical wave function of ZPF - the Zero point field).
