Hi Jerry,
spin the bike wheel as fast as you can by hand - that should do the trick.
A couple of feet of rod such as broom handle dowl (hi-tech, eh!) firmly
attached to the wheel shaft will provide your handle. After the wheel has
been spun up, grab the end of the rod, hold horizontally, and turn in
either direction. Good luck, hang on tight.
