Speculation on my part from bits and pieces over the years
but I believe this radiation will be found to be Diamagnetic.
Its been described "as softening the cells". It can give the
felling that you just walked in to a cobweb.
Would spinning some thing like Bismuth at high speed
duplicate this effect maybe?
