Hi all!

I also have the Papp Patent, it leaves out the formula for the
gasses. However, I was also able to locate a later Patent. It
goes into great detail in explaing how to manufacture this gas.
It also shows a special spark-gap that includes a radioactive
material! Papps explains that fission occurs in this engine.
This is where the energy comes from!
