Thanks....that is why I wanted to see us have our own discussion list.

We have some very interesting people here locally and it is neat that
others can appreciate them TOO!

I detest arguing and conflict....so I'm counting on this list having
posts of interesting or useful comments, observations, URLs, excerpts or
ideas about subjects you can't talk to your 'normal' friends
about.

Well, not here in Dallas, most of us kind of hang together as often as we
can to get some relief from the same old, same old attitudes....

I really like the meetings when people get wired up and start talking
about their own observations, ideas and experiences...

With the diabetes/insulin thing in mind as I drove over to meet some of
the late night group (some of us nightowls from the Roundtable group like
to get together in one of the all night restaurants, have dessert or a
sandwich and chew the fat).

While driving over, I was listening to the sex talk show on local Q102 FM
radio...this caller was complaining that his sex life had gone to zilch
after he had a doctor recommended circumcision...he said he had diabetes
and since blood flow is reduced in extremities (braggard), the doctor had
him cut.

He complained that he'd been told sensitivity would be enhanced, but it
was so dead NOW that you could pinch it or hit it with a hammer and not
feel a thing...as a result, this young guy said he went from 4 sessions a
day to nothing...the lady therapist on the show said blood flow was
probably not what it should be due to a sloppy operation, but a doctor in
our nightowl group said it was more probably a kind of necrosis that is
associated with diabetes....radical but sometimes warranted...

So, we think WE have problems...<g>.....seeya!
