George Wiseman (Eagle Research) was in town (Dallas) a few month ago and
dropped by our Roundtable meeting....he gave a brief talk...so far, he's
only getting millamps of current from his aerial taps but he is still
experimenting....if so many in the past were pulling serious power from
the air, why can't we do it?
A water ground might greatly increase the connection, though many just
dampen the earth...it helps to dissolve local salts to further increase
conduction...
A friend told me he knew a lady whose ex-father-inlaw in Brazil owned a
multistory apartment building....the family (inlaws) lived on the
penthouse top floor....my friend said the lady told him when she and her
husband were married, they all lived with the family in that
penthouse...that every few days the lights would dim in the apartment.
When this happened, she or someone in the family had to go to the base of
the apartment building and spray water around this cable that reached
from the penthouse floor to a spike buried deep in the ground...when the
water was added, the lights regained their brightness and would stay that
way for several days....
I think the voltage is supposed to increase by 300 volts for every foot
you ascend....
There is also a story that Tesla ran an insulated cable from an antenna
tower on the top of a mountain, down to a power station at the base of
the mountain.....it was hooked into a load that was connected to the
mains of this small town. The other side of load circuit was
connected (again) to a spike deep in the ground.....the story goes that
when Tesla threw the switch, to connect the mountain top line with the
ground line, all the bulbs in the city blew out....I've never been able
to find this story written in Teslas own words, so it could well be one
of the many new age appendages included with the many Tesla myths.
