For Dr. George Lakhovsky, life consisted of "the dynamic equilibrium of all cells, the harmony of multiple radiations which react one upon another." In other words, living cells, living beings radiate energy (electrical, for example) and are in turn affected by the energy radiations from life forms and other external sources. Disease, then, for this pioneer in the field of biological resonance, is "the oscillatory disequilibrium of cells, originating from external causes . . . the struggle between microbic radiation and cellular radiation." If microbic radiation is predominant, Lakhovsky argued, disease will result. And when one's resistance is completely overwhelmed, death ensues. With this radical new theory of the origins of disease, it was Lakhovsky's aim to restore the ascendancy of vital cellular radiation and bring the individual back into a state of health. This book contains the essence of Lakhovsky's evolving theory and the many experiments and extant scientific knowledge he drew from in his research that led him to the development of the Lakhovsky Multiple Wave Oscillator (MWO). There is evidence that this device, which the scientist utilized in the treatment of many diseases, including cancer, was in fact the brainchild of Nikola Tesla, whom Lakhovsky turned to for assistance at several critical junctures in his research. The author was a Russian emigrant who lived and worked in Paris in the 1920s-1930s. His formal training was in electrical engineering. Lakhovsky moved to New York in 1940 where he died in 1942 at the age of 73. In 1935 he wrote: "My only wish is that my work be understood by all, even by those who are not familiar with scientific literature. I shall be more than gratified if I have succeeded in my attempt." The George Lakhovsky device is a complex multi-wave Electrotherapeutic device using high voltage electrostatics to produce a wide range of frequencies believed to assist the body in healing. It is described in the Lakhovsky's USA Patent of 1941, 2,351,055: "This invention relates generally to electric devices excited with impulses and more particularly to multiple wave length conducting and/or producing means". The device may be theorized to stimulate intercellular activity, to mildly increase Electroporosity of cells, enhancing somehow the in-and-out exchange materials of the cell and eventually to increase some metabolism. The inventor claimed to have treated and cured cancer and many other degenerative diseases.

In his early investigations, Dr. Brunler researched homeopathy and how it could be used to increase radiation strength to induce healing. He recounts a trip he made to Lialpur, in Northern India. He was shown an 18 year old bull who had been impotent in excess of 6 years. An experiment had been carried out which apparently involved the potentizing of the blood of the animal with subsequent re-injection into the body. Shortly after the re-injection, the bull again became potent and produced over 6 calves. Months later, on Dr. Brunler's return to London, a female patient asked that he examine her dying husband. Two other doctors in charge of the case had given the 72 year old man from 2 to 10 days to live. After a personal examination, Brunler had to agree that the man had no hope due to his advanced condition. While discussing the patient's condition, he recalled the experiment with the bull as well as similar experiments carried out in Switzerland. This technique was discussed with the doctors and the wife of the patient, all agreed that they had nothing to lose and gave permission to proceed. One cubic centimeter of the patient's blood was removed for Dr. Brunler's trip back to London. On arrival, the blood was potentized using standard homeopathic techniques. (unfortunately, we do not know the dose) The next day, the potentized blood was sent to the country where the patient lived and one of the doctors injected the blood back into the patient. After two days, Brunler's secretary said that a man was anxiously waiting to see him but refused to give his name. On entering the waiting room, Brunler states that he was totally surprised to see the man who had been on his deathbed only three days ago. The swelling in his legs had gone, the blue lips looked again red, and his whole appearance was that of a healthy man. Four and a half years later, while Brunler was away from England, the patient died peacefully. Another story utilizing this technique again involved a dying patient. Within seventy hours after the intra-venous injection of the patient's potentized blood, he was healthy enough to take an extended trip to North Africa. This patient died five years later after he was given up for hopeless. Brunler writes that many similar results were obtained and these forced him to seek to discover the secret which lay behind these astonishing recoveries. The aforementioned increase in the frequency of the reagent is Brunler's discovery. ...in this copy of this very rare book, published in the 1940s, Karl Schappeller described his Prime Mover, a 10-inch steel sphere with quarter-inch copper tubing coils. These were filled with a material not named specifically, but which is said to have hardened under the influence of direct current and a magnetic field. With such polarization, it might be guessed to act like a dielectric capacitor and as a diode. Schappeller described what he calls 'The New Technique'. The important fact from the point of view of the New Technique is that the only source of primary magnetism is glowing core of hydrogen energy, or the primary magnetism as force is magnetism in the glowing state, or glowing magnetism, which is the Primary Force, or if we must use the present terms, the atomic force, the chemical composition of which is a hydrogen energy core interacting through mobility with its complementary cold oxygen energy stress field, the physics of which has already been explained. The fulcrum or basis of the New Technique based on the physics of the Primary State is thus the production of a core of glowing magnetism, the greatest available force within the reach of man, and in the Cosmos the great creative origin-force in all Nature. In the cosmos we learned that the essential factor to the formation of a glowing core was the establishment of a magnetic point of inequality in the otherwise latent homogenous stress field. Obviously, we have not the same faculties as are available in the cosmos, and so the crux of the whole problem in the New Technique is this forming of a point of inequality in the ether, under such conditions that a glowing hydrogen core, or glowing magnetism, will form as a space-form impression entity and be maintained as such. Primary magnetism, or a glowing hydrogen core of energy, is always spherical, because it forms radially concentrically on the point of inequality. It is therefore clear that the first technical problem we have to solve is: what form of technical appliance is there which will put a spherical stress on any given point in the ether? The stress must, of course, be magnetic or electromagnetic in quality and thereby exert a suction on the ether on and to this point so that the surrounding ether will be drawn in, catalyzed, and finally radiated out as a stimulated stressfield which can be made to “perform work” of all kinds, just as the electric current is now used to produce mechanical power, light, heat and electrolysis for all forms of industrial purposes. There is a similar medical application to healing, radiology, diathermy and electrotherapy through ionization of the particular salts or drugs required by any given condition of the body, and multifarious other applications. We find correlations to the work and claims of Dr. Gianni Dotto with his Dotto Ring, David Hudson with ingestion of monatomic elements which are superconducting and other methods of strengthening the energy field of the body to promote healing. On this video, Lee allows people to connect themselves to his machine and report their effects while he explains how it came to be and the many reports he has received from people who claim to have benefited from the method. Lee is not a doctor nor does he have medical training so the machines were provided for anyone to try on themselves, no claims of any kind were made for the machines. In fact, we had a couple of doctors who were quite interested in the process. Included with this tape is a special presentation made by Lee after the KeelyNet conference, with people from the Dallas area who wanted to hear his story and try out his machine and technique. Lee explains how he discovered the principles and determined how to make it work as an automatic electronic device which led to the patent. One of the intriguing things Lee describes is how he kept adding batteries to the circuit until he got the exact same feeling he did when it was a Reiki practitioner. Another interesting discovery was that you cannot use lead acid batteries with his machine, the body seems to 'reject' it knowing that lead is toxic to the body. However, carbon/zinc cells will produce the right 'flavor' of electrical current so that the body accepts it and uses the energy. This is remarkably like the Edgar Cayce 'Radioactive Healing Appliance' and EEMAN screens which are claimed to restore balance to the body.
